Capture it naturally
Scan a service record, photograph the odometer, or add a fuel fill while you’re at the pump.
Vehicle Service brings maintenance, mileage, fuel, costs, and reminders together—so you know what happened, what it cost, and what comes next.
Your car has a history. It shouldn’t be scattered across a glove box, a gas app, and your memory.
Vehicle Service turns the small, easy-to-forget moments—an oil change, a dashboard photo, a fill-up—into a record you can actually use.
Capture one fact at a time. Vehicle Service does the organizing and the arithmetic around it.
Scan a service record, photograph the odometer, or add a fuel fill while you’re at the pump.
Detected mileage and receipt figures are shown for your review. Nothing important is silently saved.
Get a living history, useful costs, mileage-aware reminders, and answers when you need them.
A quiet look at the screens that keep the important things close at hand. The carousel advances slowly; use the controls whenever you want to look closer.
Move through the real app screens to see how Vehicle Service keeps daily tasks, receipts, service history, costs, and questions connected.
Every feature answers a practical question about ownership without turning your car into a full-time project.
Keep service records searchable and organized by vehicle, category, shop, mileage, and cost.
Take or choose a dashboard photo, review the detected reading, and keep a correction-friendly history.
Track fill-ups, spending, grade, gallons, and full-tank status as their own honest record.
“How much did I spend on gas this year?” “When is my next service?” Get answers from your vehicle data.
Compare fuel spending and maintenance spending over the same period, with per-mile context where the data supports it. The label stays honest: Recorded Vehicle Costs.
Vehicle Service compares nearby station prices with distance, your fill pattern, and your known fuel economy. It shows the tradeoff instead of pretending the lowest sticker price always wins.
Read the FAQ on savings ↗Confirmed mileage updates refresh maintenance projections and help estimate when a mileage-based service will become due. A reminder is a prompt, not a diagnosis—and the record always shows what it is based on.
Keep your vehicle moving →If there is not enough data for MPG, cost per mile, or a projection, the app tells you that instead of inventing precision.
A corrected odometer reading supersedes the old one while keeping the original record available for audit.
Cheap Gas can work from a ZIP code. Continuous GPS tracking and background trip detection are not required.
Yes. Take or choose a dashboard photo, review the detected odometer candidates, then confirm or edit the reading before it is saved. The image is used for extraction and is not kept as a vehicle document.
It uses eligible intervals between full-tank fills with confirmed odometer readings. Partial fills, implausible intervals, and broken chains contribute to spending but are not presented as accurate tank MPG.
It compares station prices, distance, your typical fill amount, and your known MPG. If driving there specially would consume more fuel than the price difference saves, the result says so.
No. Fuel logs and service records are separate. Fuel appears in Costs and fuel analytics, while service history remains a record of work performed on the vehicle.
Confirmed odometer readings help estimate your recent driving rate and project mileage-based maintenance. The projection is clearly labeled and does not replace manufacturer or service guidance.
No. Cheap Gas can be searched with a ZIP code, and location access is optional. The app does not require continuous GPS, background trip detection, or OBD hardware.
Yes. The assistant receives authoritative fuel totals and current mileage context so questions about spending and upcoming service can be answered from the records you have logged.
